I new Plugin, and One fixed Plugin for Escape Velocity

I decided that the rebels needed help, as far as light fighters go. The Confederation had Gunboats and Patrol ships, all the Rebels had are mantas. The Rebel striker is a bit more powerful than the Gunboat, it being based on a rapier, but it is also much more expensive, mounting 15 torpedos, two turrets, and a Space Bomb rack.
I've found this ship to be very fun. If your good, you'll be able to take a confed cruiser with it.
Also included is a fixed version of my rapier bay. All the ID's had changed from what I was expecting.
